Our History

Established in 1999, Fineblade Civil is a family-owned and operated business that has been serving communities across regional Victoria for more than 25 years.

Founded as a small business, Fineblade Civil has grown into a respected civil construction & traffic management company through years of hard work, investment, and a commitment to supporting the communities in which we operate. Our growth accelerated following the 2009 Black Saturday bushfires, which devastated our local region and destroyed hundreds of homes, including our own. Alongside many others in our community, we faced the challenge of rebuilding and, in doing so, expanded our workforce, fleet, and capabilities to help restore local homes, infrastructure, and essential services.

Today, we deliver a broad range of services including road construction, earthworks, concreting, landscaping, traffic management, subdivisions, flood, fire & storm recovery works, and the supply and cartage of quarry products. We also provide emergency call-out services, responding quickly when councils, road authorities, businesses, and communities need urgent support following severe weather events, road damage, infrastructure failures, and other unexpected situations.

Built on resilience, local knowledge, reliability, and a strong commitment to quality, we continue to deliver practical civil construction & traffic management solutions while supporting the regional communities that have been integral to our success.
